Diane Hatz, a TEDster and nationally-recognized sustainable food advocate, is the main organizer and host of TEDxManhattan. She is Founder and Executive Director of Change Food. Previously, she was the Co-Founder of The Glynwood Institute for Sustainable Food and Farming, as well as the founder of Sustainable Table, Executive Producer of The Meatrix movies and co-founder of The Eat Well Guide. She is passionate about bringing together the TED and sustainable food communities and devotes her time to using her marketing skills to help shift the U.S. to a regional sustainable food system where healthy nutritious food is accessible to all.
